This course is designed for intermediate level students looking to build upon their throwing skills as well as learn how to prepare and raku fire their pieces. Throwing demos will include throwing off of the hump and various shaping techniques. There will be two raku firings – one of which will be naked raku. Included in class is guided instruction, all clay and materials, and two raku firings.
